E-commerce services (such as templates) are delivered digitally and are non-refundable. Delivery is typically completed within 10 business days of purchase unless otherwise communicated.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Managed service clients who spend at least $5,000 within a 90-day period are eligible for our 90-day visibility guarantee. This guarantee applies to increased visibility, including improved impressions, clicks, or position changes in Google Search Console. If no improvement occurs, we will issue a full refund.

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our Services.

15. Indemnification

You agree to hold Private Practice SEO harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Services.
